The purpose of a brake tester is to accomplish a fast and efficient braking system verification in a light or semi-industrial vehicle, accurately measuring its maximum braking per axle, for both foot, hand or emergency brake. Braking discs or drum brakes ovality and imbalance between wheels in the same axle are also evaluated.

The equipment is composed of 2 electric welded steel rollers benchs (Corundum rollers available too) that guarantee good tire grip in adverse conditions. They are equipped with gearmotors and extensiometric gauges to measure the vehicle's braking effort.

A scale can also be integrated to get the vehicle's weight in order to calculate its braking performance.

All values and test results are shown and managed in a centralized Cabinet where tests can be printed or saved.

Vehicle Inspection Software: This windows designed software lets you control each vehicle being tested. This software shows test results on the screen, also listings, reports, statistics and it controls vehicle inspections tested before. Finally, note that this software lets users work in two different working modes: MANUAL (users control all inspection steps) or AUTOMATIC (the software overcomes each step itself, performing and storing the appropriate calculations).

COMUNICATION:

This cabinet is wifi ready, so it can be connected to external gadgets like tablets, pdas, laptops, etc..., from where you can manage all software features.

REMOTE CONTROL:

The whole line can easyly be managed with only one hand, thanks to the remote control provided.All features can be managed with gerat precision.

COLOR PRINTER:
